In today’s wealthy affiliate review 2019 challenge, I discuss my progress for days 22 through 29 and I also provide some insight into how the blogging process works from start to finish.
In my previous videos I had mentioned two specific terms which were indexed and ranking. Being indexed means your webpages have been added into Google’s search engine results.
In order to get indexed, you need to post content frequently which has been optimized for the search engines. As you do this, the Google spiders are going to crawl your content, which will lead your content to getting indexed.
The faster you get indexed, the faster you rank, and the faster you’ll get paid. As far as ranking goes, this term refers to the search engine ranking position of your website for certain keywords.
There are multiple strategies provided within the wealthy affiliate platform which cater to you getting indexed as fast as possible. When it comes to this whole process, you just have to remember that your only job is to Post high quality content consistently.
You should then be patient and let the Google spiders do their job. You may end up getting indexed, or found, on the seventh page of Google.
As your content is crawled, you will gradually move from page to page until your content has reached its full potential. In some cases, even if your content caps on page 2 or 3, you can still make some sales if you’re in a niche with a large customer base.
Search engine optimization isn’t as hard as people think. All you have to do is select 5 to 7 different tactics you plan on utilizing to optimize your articles. Along with those tactics, it’s best that you make sure all of your content is over 1000 words.
Sometimes you can get away with less than 1000 words when a keyword has no competition, however, it’s the most ideal word length you should use if you want to send a message to Google and join the ranks of your competitors.
